Service Delivery and Guarantee

We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if we do not meet the agreed-upon number of set appointments within the timeframe specified in your contract. This guarantee applies under the following conditions:

  • The contract must be signed and agreed upon by both parties.
  • The agreed-upon number of set appointments is clearly stated within the contract.
  • The client must meet all requirements for campaign success, including providing accurate information, timely communication, and access to necessary resources.


Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver the number of set appointments as per the contract, you are entitled to a full refund, subject to the following:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after a formal request is submitted and the claim is verified.
  • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase, following Stripe’s refund policies and timelines.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if a portion of the agreed appointments is met, based on a prorated calculation of services rendered.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your contract at any time under the following terms:

  • Before Service Commencement: If you cancel before services have commenced, you will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees charged by Stripe.
  • After Service Commencement: If you cancel after services have commenced but before the completion of the contract, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis depending on the progress of the work.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through your customer portal.


Exclusions and Limitations

Refunds will not be issued if failure to meet the appointment goal is due to client-related factors such as missed deadlines, unavailability, or failure to provide necessary materials or information. Refunds may be subject to Stripe’s transaction and processing fees.
